Why “we live VISION ZERO”

People who are severely affected by the consequences of a road crash are often found in a labyrinth of emotions; sadness, depression, anger, and fear. This is the role we are known for to our families, friends, and colleagues. Life goes on. All of our problems can and must be changed into a positive attitude - a tribute to life, to all of us who are here today. This is the commitment that we made during theWorld Day of Remembrance of Road Traffic Victims 2017 in Ljubljana.

“we live VISION ZERO” is also the response to all the previous World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims.

The essence of the program “we live VISION ZERO” was presented by a teacher and mother who lost her 21-year-old son, Peter, Marjana Kračun, at the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims 2009 in Ljubljana:

“Yesterday the road crash happened to them, today to us, and we don’t want that tomorrow it happens to you!”
